The caster’s hands are enveloped in a gauntlet shaped flow of electricity. While this spell is in effect, the caster can make an unarmed attack on an opponent to deal 1d6+POW electrical damage.

The caster may cast and attack in the same round with the following restrictions:

If they move up to half their movement rate, they may still attack the round they cast this spell at a +5 DR penalty to the attack roll.

If they do not move, they may cast and attack the same round with no penalties.

The gauntlets last for a number of rounds equal to the caster's Power Modifier, but may be maintained beyond that at a rate of 1ep per round, normal maintenance rules apply.
