With an exhalation of breath, you command the fire's death. By default, this spell will extinguish a standard sized fire. A larger fire can be extinguished at a higher cost and difficulty. Additional energy can be expended to increase the character's effective skill with this spell.

This spell may be used arguably magical fires as well, but the difficulty rating becomes the effective casting level of the fire's creator, modified by any other effects that may be in place to bolster the effects staying power.
