Summary:
Seal wounds with fire.
Description:
The caster uses the magic of fire to seal a bleeding wound. This stops the bleeding and stops further damage.
On a failed roll, the recipient takes 1d4+POW Fire damage, but the spell is otherwise successful.
On a critical failure, the recipient takes damage and the bleeding continues.
The caster may make a DR 15 Healing check before casting to negate the possibility of a critical failure.
