Description:
Summons POW pillars of flame within the range of the spell.
Each pillar fills a 1-meter square, and deals 1d8+POW fire damage per rank of POW to the creature or creatures in that square.
The creature may Dodge for half damage.
The caster may expend extra energy to reduce the DR of the spell.
The caster may expend extra energy to increase the DR of the dodge roll.
The caster may expend up to POW energy to increase damage.
