The caster creates a bubble of breathable air. This spell is nearly identical to create air, except that it also forms an environment within which the air will reside.

A bubble, with a radius of up to POW meters is formed allowing a group of persons to breath and operate in an otherwise hostile environment, such as one with an unbreathable atmosphere, or underwater.

People may enter and leave the bubble without ending the spell.

The bubble lasts for POW hours but may be extended beyond that for 2ep per hour.

The material component is optional, but if it is used then other caster's may use it as a focus to aid in the maintenance of the spell using Fuel Pattern.
