Creates a floating sheet of ice that will function as a raft. It is textured so as not to be slippery, but is cold to the touch and will not be overly comfortable to sit in directly.

The raft will hold up to six people, and will remain in existence up to Power hours. It may be extended beyond this life span at a cost of 2ep per POW hours.

Exceptionally hot weather may shorten it’s lifespan, but may also make it more comfortable.
