A power stone is a permanent magic item that lets you store energy for later use.

Depending on the vessel, it has a set potential for the size of power pool that it can hold, and within that restriction, the ability of the caster determines the size of pool that can be created within the vessel.

You may create a power stone with a pool size up to your power rating.

You may push beyond that limit at added difficulty, but that is an advanced topic for future learning.

A caster may fuel a power stone using the Fuel Pattern spell. A power stone may be used, however, by anyone able to use abilities that require Energy Points.
